This week, we have been looking more into simple machines and how they help to make life easier. So far we have seen how an inclined plane helps to make lifting heavy objects easier. There are still many more simple machines that we will be exploring over the next few weeks. We have begun our 2D shapes unit in math. So far, we have reviewed what sides and vertices (corners) are. Have a look at these shapes and try to count how many sides and vertices they have.
